Overview

If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return unused and unopened items within 30 days after shipping. After that we won’t issue any refund nor exchange. If you want to return products, simply contact us through the chat box and state your order number and which products you want to return. We’ll send you instructions for returning the goods.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as tea (food) cannot be returned. 

Additional non-returnable items:

    • Gift cards
    • All tea products

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Conditions

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging.
    • Shipping costs aren’t refundable.
    • Custom fees, possibly charged by countries outside the Euro zone, aren’t refundable.
    • You are responsible for shipping costs related to returning the item to us.
    • Refunds are processed within 2 weeks;
    • When a parcel is returned as a result of a wrong shipping address provided by you, we receive the right not to refund you as long as the parcel isn’t yet returned back to us.
    • When a parcel is returned as a result of your failure to pickup the parcel from a local post office, we receive the right not to refund you as long as the parcel isn’t yet returned back to us.
    • When the parcel is returned after you didn’t pickup it up from the post office, we will contact you, and you my choose for a refund (excluding shipping fees) or pay 1 time the shipping fee to have your parcel reshipped. When you choose for a refund, the shipping fee will be deducted from the amount, even when your order was eligible for free shipping.

    To start a return, you can contact us through [email protected], and we will provide you the return address.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question through email.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, with around 10-15 business days.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

    Damages

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

    Shipping returns

    Once your return application is approved by us, we will provide you the return address

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. First shipping costs and the refund shipping costs are non-refundable. And you are responsible for any related customs and taxes.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the returned product to reach us may vary.

    If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
